All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed, Monday to Friday. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number once your order is on its way.

Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination. We currently ship to 50+ countries including New Zealand, the US, UK, Canada, and most of Europe.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are outside of our control.
Tracking
Once dispatched, your tracking number will be emailed to you and can also be found under your account. Tracking is provided via Australia Post. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your confirmation email.
