What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll sort it out. Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition. Reach out to service@twoeyeswear.com to get the process started.

 

My order arrived damaged - what do I do?

We're sorry to hear that. Please email us at service@twoeyeswear.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you - no need to return the damaged item.

 

Can I exchange for a different style or colour? 

Yes. If you'd like to swap for a different colour or product, contact us within 30 days. The Keychain Cloth is currently available in Classic Black, with custom colour options available on request (great for gifting or B2B orders). Drop us a line at service@twoeyeswear.com and we'll make it happen.
